The concept provides the creation of a 5-department nursery. Each room will accommodate 30 children, allowing 150 children to spend time in the facility in total. Three rooms and a corridor with a cloakroom function are located on the ground floor, making full use of the space available there. Furthermore, an arcade running the full length of the building has been envisaged, creating an entrance zone with a pram and bicycle shelter from the north, and roofing for terraces from the south. Two nursery rooms and administration offices are located on the first floor where the available area allows for the carving of the upper level and the creation of additional space for terraces – a playground, and an entrance terrace to the administration part, topped by skylights providing additional illumination to the cloakroom on the ground floor.

The architecture of the facility was designed to create a warm and friendly environment conducive to children. The use of natural materials has been foreseen – brick on the ground-floor part of the building, and wood on the first-floor façade. The separation of the materials applied on the relevant floors as well as the light and fragmented first-floor façade foster the creation of a smaller-scale structure, adapted to the perception of a child.
