Openness state institution results from the duty to society. This model of a modern democratic state is our main objective in the way of design. Accommodating citizen can not affect the safety of employees and the proper functioning of the object of justice. The proposed system featured in an optimal way opens up to a petitioner – the user and provides maximum safety for employees of the court. The form of the building is an attempt to respond to the symbolic content of the judicial architecture. Building in a contemporary way, refers to the archetypes associated with the judiciary and culture of the ancient mother of democracy. The simplicity and scale of distribution appearing on the facades refers to the orders of architectural aesthetics so that the object in its form becomes a timeless element to identify the city.
